1st circular: LTD17
17th International Workshop on Low Temperature Detectors
Kurume, Fukuoka, Japan, July 17-21, 2017

Dear Colleagues,

LTD17 will be held from 17th to 21st of July in Kurume, Fukuoka, Japan.

The International Workshop on Low Temperature Detectors (LTD) is the
biennial meeting to present and discuss latest results on research and
development of cryogenic detectors for radiation and particles, and on
applications of those detectors.  The 17th workshop will be held at
Kurume City Plaza in Kurume, Fukuoka Japan from 17th of July through
21st.

The workshop will have plenary sessions with keynote talks, and
invited and contributed talks, and short poster presentations. All
poster papers can be displayed throughout the workshop period. The
papers will be organized into four categories: (1) Sensor Physics &
Developments, (2) Readout Techniques & Signal processing, (3)
Fabrication & Implementation Techniques, (4) Cryogenics and
Components, and (5) Applications.

Kurume is a fabulous location for the workshop. It is known by good
local foods and Sake (Japanese rice wine), and also for traditional
fabric called Kurume Gasuri.

The LTD17 workshop provides you a wonderful opportunity to exchange
your ideas and extend your experience on the low temperature
detectors.
