subject: extension of the due date, a few notes, poster & presentation upload
Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for those who already submitted the proceeding on time.
There are requests for the extension of the due date, and we would like to announce three things.
[1] extension of the paper submission date
We decided to extend the deadline for the paper submissions by 17 days. Thus the revised due date is November 6 (Monday), 2017.
We wish to have your cooperation.
[2] length of the paper
The page limit does not include the author list.
(As previously noted, it does not include the reference list.)
[3] reminder of upload of “public version” of presentation and poster files
We haven’t yet collected all the presentations and posters by the previous due date,
