Dear Colleagues,

We would like to thank all the participants of LTD17 in Kurume last month for your outstanding presentations and for stimulus discussions in oral and poster sessions and also of poster-promotion videos.  We hope everybody had fruitful time during the workshop and also enjoyed staying in Kurume. In this circular there are two important announcements.

[1] Papers
Please submit papers no later than the end of September 2017, to Journal of Low Temperature Physics.  Papers for keynote and invited talks will be made open access permanently while all other papers will will have open access during a limited time interval.  We also plan to distribute printed copies of the special issues to all participants.

Note that papers should not exceed 6 pages for contributed oral and poster presentations or 12 pages for invited presentations. Front matter, figures and references are included in these page limits. (This is exactly the same as LTD16.)

[2] Upload of “public version” of presentation and poster files
We plan to upload presentation and poster files of the workshop.  Please prepare a version of your presentation or poster file which can be made public in pdf formant.  Then upload the file from

[3] Photos and poster promotion videos
We plan to upload (high-resolution) photos and poster promotion videos in a password protected page. Please wait for a while.
