We would like to let you know about the poster, acecess, meeting room, and so on.
Please let us know if anything is unclear.
[1] Poster
a) Size of a poster board:
Height : 2000 mm x Width : 860 mm
b) lift-up time
– Sunday Evening 17:00-19:00
– Monday Morning 8:00-8:55
c) fall-down Time
– by Friday 14:00
Note that the poster is a must, while a movie is an optional.

a) From Fukuoka International Airport
The highway express bus which stops at the conference vanue (“Mutsumon City Plaza-mae” bus-stop)

b) From JR Hakata train station
The conventional line (Kagoshima-honsen) and Kyushu-Shinkansen.
The conference venue is in a walking distance from the JR Kurume Station (1.6 km).
However, please beware of the daytime high temperature (around 305 K) in Kurume in the month of July.

[3] reservation of a small meeting room
We have three meeting rooms and two projectors for informal meetings.
The rooms and the projectors are available from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
(Mon), to 8:00 pm (Tue), to 12:00 pm (Wed), to 6:00 pm (Thu) and to
4:00 pm (Fri). Capacity of each room is 29-32 people (theater style)
or 18-21 people (seminar style). It is possible to connect two or
three rooms for a large meeting. In order to make a reservation,
please send email to ltd17meetingrooms(at)kune2a.nucl.kyushu-u.ac.jp.

Free Wi-Fi service is available in the Kurume City Plaza.
[6] Proceedings
The deadlie would be 1.5 month after the conference.
