Start of registration & abstract submission: 6 March, 2017
End of abstract submission: 15 April, 2017
Notification of acceptance: 15 May, 2017
End of early registration: 22 May, 2017
Announcement of final program: 1 June, 2017
Workshop dates: 17 – 21 July, 2017 (We will have a welcome reception in the evening of 16 July)

[3] Workshop formats:
The workshop will consist of plenary oral sessions and poster sessions. Oral sessions will contain 3 keynote talks, 11 invited talks, and about 75 contributed talks. About 200 posters can be presented in the poster session room throughout the workshop period. We plan to gather “poster promote videos” from authors and display them during the workshop.

[3.1] Keynote talks (35+5 min)

[3.2] Invited talks (25+5 min)
Jochem Baselmais (SRON), Carlo Bucci (INFN/LNGS), Toru Hara (NIMS), Johannes Hubmahr (NIST), Kunihiro Inomata (AIST/RIKEN), Sebastian Kempf (Heidelberg U), Yong-Ham Kim (IBS/KRISS), John (Ben) Mates (U Colorado), Raymond Strauss (MPI Munich), Masahiro Ukibe (AIST), Qing-Yuan Zhao (MIT)

[3.3] Contributed talks
We will allocate about 75 talks whose length will be either 16+4 or 12+3 min.

[3.4] Poster promotion videos
We will ask authors of posters to create a 1 minute Poster Promotion video for each poster.  We plan to display those videos at multiple places in the workshop venue.

[4] Accommodations
We strongly recommend staying in a hotel in downtown Kurume city. Hotel reservation web pages are now under construction.  We will announce when they become ready.

[5] Welcome reception, lunch, and Banquet
We will have a welcome reception in the evening of 16 July (Sunday) and workshop banquet in the evening of 20 July (Thursday). Lunch will be served 17 to 21 July except on 19 July.  Those are included in the registration fee.

[6] Excursion
We plan to have excursions in the afternoon of 19 July (Wednesday) to interesting places in and near Kurume.  We will prepare several choices.  We will post details in the workshop web pages.  The fee is not included in registration fee.

[7] Papers
Special issues of Journal of Low Temperature Physics are planed for this workshop.  All authors are asked o submit papers to the journal just after the workshop.

[8] Registration fee
Early registration: 60000 yen for usual participants, and 40000 yen for a student.
After deadline: 70000 yen for usual participants, and 46000 yen for students.

[9] Student support
We plan to support a limited number of students using donations from industries. The application will be announced later.
