Exit the program using the FORTRAN pause command.
XSPEC> pause
VAX VMS specific notes: The program is exited with a FORTRAN pause
statement. This allows the user to execute a limited selection of VMS
commands (those that do not effectively run a new process) and then
return to XSPEC using the VMS çontinue command. In particular, the
default directory can be modified.
